I pride myself in thinking outside the box and bring the word PERSONAL into personal training. I will work with you and find the best options to help you achieve your goals. Remember we are all individuals with different goals and body shapes, so I believe we should try find best form of training to suit you both physically and mentally. Training should be fun and full of purpose! Coach Dudley offers a mixture of services available to help you build the best version of yourself.

Over the years I have worked with 1000's of people of all ages, shape and sizes
including athletes, advanced gym goers, beginners, injuries and disabilities each and everyone had one ultimate goal which is to get BETTER. This is what I thrive at and have spent many years learning how to get people to get BETTER! I've spent my life trying out anything that breaks a sweat. In the exercise world I can pretty much guarantee i've done it or worked with somebody that has. I love what I do and take pride in helping people succeed in becoming BETTER versions of themselves!

Getting in shape shouldn’t be a punishment. It’s an amazing and empowering lifestyle decision that anyone can make. I believe in finding the pleasurable side of fitness; and while there may be a sore muscle or two along the way, the benefits of fitness are worth the challenge. I have developed my training regime by working with a variety of people, and constantly adapting my program to the needs of my new clients.
