HYROX
HYROX is a comprehensive class that blends cardiovascular endurance and strength training through a series of functional workouts, designed for participants of all fitness levels. Structured similarly to the Hyrox competition format, the class includes a 1 km run followed by a functional fitness exercise.
Class Structure
Mobility Warm-Up (5-8 mins)
Start with mobility exercises to prepare the body for the workout.
Hyrox-Specific Conditioning Stations (30-35 mins)
Rotate through intense workout stations like rowing, sled push/pull, and wall balls, focusing on both strength and endurance.

Cool Down/Stretch (5-10 mins)
Finish with a cooldown and stretching session to promote recovery and flexibility.
