META LIFT
META LIFT is a weight training and resistence group training session. Designed for individuals seeking to improve their strength, build lean muscle and gain all the benefits of weight training. Lead by one of our Personal Trainers who will coach you throughout so if you're begginer or athlete this class can work for you.
Class Structure
Mobility/Warm-Up (5-8 mins)
Start with dynamic stretches and mobility exercises to prepare the body for the demands of strength training.
Strength Stations (3-4 stations, 8-10 mins each)
Engage in 3-4 strength stations focusing on push, pull, upper, and lower body exercises. This includes both compound movements (like squats and bench presses) and accessory resistance exercises to develop comprehensive strength.
Stretch Down/Finisher
Conclude with a stretching session to enhance flexibility and promote recovery, or a brief finisher to boost endurance.
