META BOOTCAMP
Our Seasonal Bootcamp takes your training outdoors (weather permitting) for a mix of bodyweight, conditioning and functional strength work. Expect circuits, partner drills and team‑style workouts that keep things varied and engaging.
This class is great if you enjoy training in a group environment and want a tough but inclusive session. All exercises can be scaled, making Bootcamp suitable for a wide range of fitness levels.

Class Structure
Warm-Up & Movement Prep (5–8 mins)
Kick things off with mobility drills and dynamic stretches to get your body primed and ready for the challenges ahead.
Strength & Conditioning Circuits (30–35 mins)
Tackle powerful circuits using sled pulls, sledgehammer swings, sandbag carries, and bodyweight movements. Expect a mix of steady-state cardio and strength-based challenges that test grit, resilience, and teamwork.
Outdoor Functional Finishers
Push through short, intense finishers that may include hill runs, bear crawls, or relay-style challenges to build both mental and physical endurance.
Cool Down/Stretch
Wind down with active recovery and guided stretching to promote mobility, reduce soreness, and keep your body ready for the next round.
