Class Structure
Mobility/Warm-Up (5-8 mins)
Begin with a warm-up to activate key muscle groups and prepare for an energetic session.
Full Body Conditioning Circuits (30-35 mins)
Engage in a mix of circuits that may include cardio drills, kettlebell exercises, battle ropes, and box jumps. This segment promotes cardiovascular fitness, strength, and coordination.
Cool Down/Stretch
