META STRENGTH
Meta Strength combines traditional strength training with functional movements to build a strong, resilient body. You’ll work through structured blocks focusing on key movement patterns, time under tension and progressive overload.
This class is perfect if you want to feel stronger, move better and support your performance in other sports, Hyrox or everyday life. Coaching focuses on quality reps, safe progressions and building strength that actually carries over to the real world.
META STRENGTH is designed to maximize strength gains through powerlifting techniques and strongman-style conditioning, perfect for those dedicated to building raw power.

Class Structure
Mobility/Warm-Up (5-8 mins)
Prepare with mobility drills to get muscles and joints ready for heavy lifting.
Powerlifting Movement (20 mins)
Focus on a compound powerlifting exercise (such as squat, deadlift, or bench press) with an emphasis on low reps, technique, safety, and maximal effort.

Strongman Style Conditioning (15 mins)
Participate in dynamic conditioning using strongman tools (yoke, farmer’s carries, sandbags) that enhance functional strength and endurance.
Stretch Down
Wrap up with a structured cooldown and stretching session to aid recovery and improve mobility.
