Class Structure
Activation & Warm-Up (5–8 mins)
Start with targeted mobility work and activation drills to prime the body for lifting, moving, and pushing through intensity.
Hybrid Strength & Conditioning Blocks (30–35 mins)
Alternate between strength training with kettlebells, barbells, or resistance tools, and high-energy cardio intervals. Expect supersets, EMOMs, and AMRAPs that combine power, endurance, and grit in equal measure.
Performance Finishers
Push your limits with short, sharp finishers designed to spike the heart rate and maximise calorie burn—perfect for building capacity and resilience under pressure.
